He suffered the injury while riding his scooter on the night of Thanksgiving and the bike path he was on was “suddenly blocked with cones.”

“I had to choose between a van and a mast,” his message read. “The cones hurt! I got a terrible scrape on my arm and I was pretty convinced I had broken my arm. The next morning it was a lot better so I wasn’t too worried.”

It wasn’t until the next day, Saturday, November 30, that he started feeling “weird chest pains,” which later spread to his abdominal and shoulder muscles, and said the pain was so severe that “I could barely breathe.”

“The operation went well and now that the pain has been resolved, the pain is almost gone, although I am still in a lot of pain,” he said. “They just took out the intubation tube, but I have to keep another tube in my stomach for another three days to continue removing the acids so the stitches don’t break and get repaired. Which also means I won’t be eating or using the Don’t drink anything for the next three days.”

He continued: “If anyone wanted to send me flowers, I wouldn’t mind. Lol, just kidding. I’m stressed, hungry, in pain and exhausted. Light a candle for me, okay? Ohhh! They x-rayed my arm and it’s not broken! So there is one positive side.”
