The murderer of Ari Fuld ran for free last month.

The bill would impose strong sanctions on every person or organization involved in paying terrorists for killing innocent people. The Palestinian groups that reward murderers, together with their foreign financiers, would think twice if their own finances were cripple. The leaders of America must do everything possible to keep them responsible and to put an end to the murder.
The murderer of Ari Fuld may be free, but the search of his family for justice must continue. The most important thing is that no American family would ever have to suffer as they did.
