Bravo’s personality was taken into custody on Tuesday, Dec. 10, after police in Burbank, Calif., received a call about a man and woman arguing at a home in the area. The police confirmed about Us Weekly that the situation is considered a “domestic incident”. Kennedy posted bond after his arrest, and charges have not yet been filed. He and his girlfriend Ali Luberattended Kathy Hilton’s annual Christmas party the night of his arrest, but it has not been confirmed whether Luber is the woman involved in the alleged incident. Earlier this year, Lewber addressed rumors that Kennedy was physically abusive, insisting during a February podcast that Kennedy had a history of “anger issues” but had “never” been physical with her.
