Frightening bystanders shows the moment when an experienced Stuntman’s act went wrong for a shocked crowd of spectators on one California Beurs Earlier this month.
Chachi Valencia, whose artist name De Rocketman Valencia is, led his deadly defied human cannonball act at the Riverside County Fair And National Date Festival in Indigo when a strong gust of wind blew him from the race on 2 March.
“Day after day with my loyal puppy by his side,” David Valencia wrote in an update to the Gofundme page of Chachi. “Thankful for the time to heal and record all love and hugs. Here are a better days ahead.”

“Just before the shot, I think the wind was moving and it started a side wind, and that is what happened – the wind caught me and threw me aside,” Valencia said Fox 11.
Valencia can be removed on the ground immobile while employees hurried to call care providers.

“I don’t remember anything until I was in the ambulance on my way to the hospital,” said Valencia.
Riverside County Fairgrounds did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
The Daredevil suffered several injuries due to the incident – including a broken wrist, cracked ribs and a torn liver – and was rushed to the hospital, where he was fired only a few hours later.
“I am really painful. It is difficult for me to move – it is mainly because of the cracked ribs that I have,” Valencia told Fox 11. “I also have a broken wrist that doesn’t bother me so much.”

Before each launch, Valencia must decide whether the conditions are safe for him to act, and he admits that he weighs the option to deteriorate due to the windy circumstances of the fair shortly before the accident.
“You see all the people waiting for you to do your thing, and they are so excited, and you know I just couldn’t cancel, you know?” he said.
Valencia has 23 years of experience in carrying out his human cannonball stunt, which appears on the 2012 Olympic Games in London Closing ceremony and various sporting events in the United States, according to its website.

But before Valencia can return to heaven to continue his career of two decades, he must concentrate on rehabilitation and healing of his injuries, while again evaluating his risk tolerance for his gravitating stunt.
“I will certainly not take so many risks, just like many opportunities, especially if it is windy,” said Valencia.
