President Trump Signed an executive order on Wednesday aimed at eliminating a handful of federal advisory committees.
The Order The Presidio Trust, the Inter-American Foundation, the United States African Development Foundation and the United States Institute of Peace Die have all received federal financing.

The newly signed executive order coincides with a Trump that was signed on Tuesday by instructing Doge to coordinate with federal agencies and implement mass cutbacks in the number of federal government staff.
Dog and federal agencies gave up that order to work together to “considerably” reduce the size of the federal government and to limit the hiring of new employees, according to a fact sheet of the White House. In particular, agencies are not allowed to hire more than one employee for every four who leave their federal function.
Agencies will also be instructed to “implement plans for large -scale reductions of strength” and to evaluate ways to eliminate or combine functions of agencies that are not required by law.

Trump also requires that within 30 days after the order, the assistants of the President for National Security Affairs, Economic Policy and Domestic Policy identify and submit a list of additional committees and councils for termination.
The Trump government stated that the American people have chosen President Trump to remove the swamp and to terminate ineffective government programs that enable the government to achieve measurable results.
Trump has also expressed that he wants to give voters what they want – to “get all these” terrible things going, and told reporters that he hoped that the legal system would work together.
“I hope that the legal system allows us to do what we should do,” Trump said, adding that he would always adhere to the ruling of a court, but will be willing to appeal.
