New York Gov. Kathy Hochul’s Office said on Friday that she and President Trump had a “productive” meeting in the White House while discussing various topics, such as rates and energy.
“Gov. Hochul and President Trump dealt with a wide range of topics in today’s meeting, including the redevelopment of Penn Station, congestie prices, rates and energy policy, “a spokesperson for her office shared with Fox News Digital.
“Although no formal agreements or decisions were achieved, it was a productive conversation and we look forward to continuing the dialogue in the coming weeks.”
The White House also confirmed the meeting to Fox News Digital, but said it was outside the plate and that there would be no reading.

Trump told reporters on Thursday: “Kathy Hochul, very nice woman; she comes in tomorrow morning at 9 am to meet me.”
He added that they would discuss that the natural gas pipeline of the Constitution would revive from Pennsylvania to New York, among other things.
They met in the midst of the tensions between the two, including about congestie prices. The Trump government delivered the termination of congestie prices by next Friday.
In February Trump posted the White House X account, “Congestie prizes Is dead. Manhattan, and all of New York, has been saved. Long live the king! “
Hochul replied by saying in a press conference: “I am here to say that New York has not worked under a king in more than 250 years. We will certainly not start now”, “” Fox 5 reported.

“There is a huge separation between the reality that we know that New Yorkers are confronted and the perception of reality from the White House,” she added to a New York Department of Transportation Board this week. “I guarantee that the president never missed a child’s sporting event because he was stuck in a delayed train.”
Earlier this month, the Democratic Governor said that she “will lead the resistance” to Trump.
Hochul said that she would “fight back hard” during an interview with NPR’s “Morning Edition” Monday when he was asked about the congestion prices of New York City that the Trump administration moved to blocking last month.

“We offered an olive branch. (We said)” We will work with you on infrastructure. Let’s do Penn Station again, “said Hochul. “Those areas were common ground. But once you’ve pulled first blood on us, we come back hard. And I will lead the resistance to policy that hurts your New Yorkers directly. This is our decision, not yours.”
Two weeks before, however, Hochul said that she was not going to lead the resistance.

“I reign the great state of New York,” she told reporters.
