The memo is entitled: “Guidance on Agency Rif and reorganization plans that have been requested by implementing the ‘Department of Government Efficiency’ initiative ‘Department of Government Efficiency’.
“The federal government is expensive, inefficient and deep in debts,” says the memo. “At the same time, it does not produce any results for the American public.”
“Instead, tax dollars are transferred to finance unproductive and unnecessary programs that benefit radical interest groups and at the same time hurt hard -working American citizens,” it continued. “The American people registered their opinion on the blown up, corrupt federal bureaucracy on November 5, 2024 by voting for President Trump and his promises to reform the federal government.”

“Phase 2 plans must outline a positive vision in the future more productive, efficient desk activities,” explains the memo. “Phase 2 plans must be planned for implementation before September 30, 2025.”
