LOS ANGELES- Trisha Yearwood praised Garth Brooks Because she was her number 1 fan on a day when she was the honored guest.
Yearwood, 60, held her husband in the highest greetings while she accepted her star on the coveted Hollywood Walk of Fame Monday.
The “She’s in love with a boy” singer gave the Icon Was her “cheerleader” and said that Brooks was just as enthusiastic about her big victories in life as she was.

“The first Garth I met is here, and the one who really was a cheerleader,” Yearwood told the crowd. “And as many praises and prizes as he has won, I have never seen him get excited than when I receive anything.”
Yearwood added: “For all the people who want this for me, nobody wants it more than you, and I just appreciate you, you know … we are a few stars apart, but we’re going to figure out something.”
She joked: “We will do some breadcrumbs or something.”

The “Georgia Rain” singer Later admitted that Brooks was the ‘love of my life’.

“He is my person. He has achieved so much in his career, but he is happiest when other people win,” she said Extra. “And I think he just believes so much in me, and he believes that I deserve more than I believe I deserve, so I know he is really the happiest person here today.”

Carly Pearce Exclusively FOX News Digital told that Yearwood was one of the most timeless artists and the “soundtrack” for her childhood.
“You hear songs like ‘Walkaway Joe’, and they are the soundtrack of my childhood and why I wanted to do this for a living,” Pearce said. “She has been one of those real country artists who have been evolving for decades, while staying so classic and true and timeless.

“She is one of the most sober people I have ever met,” said Pearce. “She says everyone hello. She is everyone’s friend, and she is everyone’s sister, and I think that’s a real proof of who she is.”

Yearwood and Brooks have been married since 2005 and she is one “Bonus Mother” To his three children, Taylor, August and Allie, from his marriage to Sandy Mahl.
“She is one of the most sober people I’ve ever met.”
In 2021 Yearwood opened about their marriage and said they are both both “A lot of Alphas.”

“We are both very independent people who run our own ships,” she said. “Sometimes when two people drive two large ships, it can be difficult.”
However, she said that their marriage is “better than ever”.
“I was always the person in relationships when it became difficult, I was really happy to just bail,” she admitted. “I was good at that. So in this situation that is not an option because this is the love of my life, so you sit down and talk through it, and that makes you better if you get on the other side.”
