Holland, 28, joked during the Monday, Dec. 18, episode the Dish podcast. that movie studios “love” when he and girlfriend Zendaya, 28, work together on movies because they only have to book “one hotel room.”
“Individual drivers. We’re not crazy,” Holland quipped, teasing what’s to come Christopher Nolan movie he and Zendaya will star in together Robert Pattinson and Matt Damon.
On a serious note, Holland added that their relationship has been his “saving grace” as they both navigate their way to fame.
“Best thing that ever happened to me,” added the British star.

The duo initially denied their relationship while continuing to star in the Marvel film franchise. “Zendaya and Tom started out as really great friends and stayed that way for a long time before things got romantic,” a a source said Us Weekly at that time.
While the couple didn’t allow the public to fully delve into their relationship, Holland and Zendaya began to speak more openly about being together.
“I think that’s where Zendaya and I were such a strong couple in the spirit of being able to communicate with each other on something that’s very, very unique,” he said during Monday’s podcast episode. “I think you just rely on the people around you.”
Zendaya and Tom Holland have kept their romance relatively private, but fans know the two have a long history. Holland added: “It’s about being a bit more organised, knowing where you want to go and, you know, there are restaurants that have little back rooms and things where you can have a more private evening. But at the end of the day (this level of fame) is not a hardship.”
Zendaya recently shared a similar sentiment about working with her boyfriend.
