Two illegal immigrants from Mexico were arrested and charged on Friday for molesting a minor on a Royal Caribbean Cruise off the coast of Miami.
Jose Prudencio Diaz, 36, and Ricardo Daniel Mondragon Leal, 37, are charged with child abuse and exhibition about a child in connection with an incident that took place on an independence of the Seas Cruise.
Moreover, Diaz is accused of sex with another person without making his HIV infection known, and Leal is accused of sexual battery of a minor, according to arrest records.

The victim, identified as a 14-year-old boy, told the police that he was on board the independence of the Seashruise when Diaz and Leal began to masturbate, a police report of the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office States.
