Three illegal immigrants have been charged in connection with a deadly drunk -moving crash on a highway on Saturday evening in Arlington, Texas.
According to the Arlington police, 25-year-old Cesar Ramirez Castro rode in a Ford-150 when he waved the shoulder of I-20 and hit the truck in a parked vehicle.
The vehicle then crashed with a concrete barrier and set it on fire.
When the fire was put out, a 22-year-old man was found dead in the vehicle.

The police accused Ramirez Castro of one count of intoxication manslaughter and one count of collision with death.
According to the prison reports, he has one Immigration Hold.

Two passengers in the vehicle, 30-year-old Marcelino Ramirez-Ramirez and the 24-year-old Daniel Castro Zammarron, were both arrested on one count of Public intoxication.

Both men also have immigration.

Last week was an illegal immigrant who lived in Georgia accused of capital murder After reporting Camilia Williams, a 52-year-old mother of five and grandmother.
David Hector Rivas-Sagastume, 21, a Honduran National, is accused of capital murder.
He was caught and released while he illegally crossed to the United States under the policy of Biden Administration in 2021. He was planned for removal from the country in 2023, but the removal procedures never took place.
