Wolves are expected to confirm the appointment of Vitor Pereira as their new manager later today.
The Portuguese will succeed Gary O’Neill, who was sacked after Saturday’s home defeat by Ipswich left Wolves second from bottom of the Premier League having won just two games this season.
Wolves and Pereira’s current club Al Shabab have reportedly agreed a compensation package that will see the 56-year-old take charge at Molineux ahead of Sunday’s trip to relegation rivals Leicester City.
We caught up with coach Gary O’Neil and his backroom staff.
We thank them for their effort and hard work over the past 16 months.

Pereira has enjoyed a nomadic tenure in management, taking spells in his homeland as well as Saudi Arabia, Greece, Turkey, Germany, China and Brazil.
The highlight of his coaching career was a two-year spell at Porto, leading them to Primeira Liga titles.
He has also won league titles with Olympiacos and Shanghai SIPG.
However, Pereira will have a tough job trying to push Wolves away from danger.
The club may also be without star player Matheus Cunha for some time after he was charged with misconduct by the Football Association this morning.
The Brazilian forward, Wolves’ top scorer with eight Premier League goals this season, was involved in a ruckus after the game against Ipswich, arguing with a member of the opposing team’s security staff.
