The hosts of Today show have shared a few glimpses of their family life on the show and online over the years.
Savannah Guthrie, Hoda Kotb, Al Roker and more of the stars of the NBC morning show have welcomed children over the years. Kotb, who left the series in January 2025, became a mother in February 2017 when she adopted her daughter Hayley with then-partner Joel Schiffman.
“She’s Valentine’s baby. She is the love of my life,” Kotb gushed on the show at the time. “I didn’t know my heart could feel this way. This is a moment in my life that I never thought would happen, and here it is, happening to me.”
The couple’s family continued to grow with addition of their daughter Hope in April 2019. “She’s laying on the pillow right now,” Kotb told her co-hosts while calling into the show. “I feed her. I can’t believe it. I’m sitting here thinking maybe you got what you deserved, but man, I’m so happy she’s here.
Kotb and Schiffman continue to be parents to their girls their division in January 2022
