The authorities of Colorado have recovered what they think the body is missing University of Colorado-Boulder Student Megan Trussell in “Hardly accessible site.”
Trussell, 18, was last seen in her resident room on Sunday 9 February, with a dark colored yoga pants, a blue/gray jacket and white platform sneakers.
“The office of the Sheriff of Boulder County has informed Cupd that a deceased person who corresponds to the description of a Missing student of Cu Boulder Was discovered this morning near Mile Marker 40 in Boulder Canyon, “said the University of Colorado Police Department in a Saturday statement.” Cupd works to confirm additional details and will communicate as soon as we are able. “
The coroner of Boulder County will perform an autopsy to verify the identity of the person and determine the cause of death.

The open space and mountain parks Rangers reported the office of the Sheriff of Boulder County of a deceased woman around 10:40 am on February 14.
State and local agencies Coordinated to investigate the disappearance of Trussell and, now, possibly her death.

Boulder Canyon Drive was temporarily closed to enable authorities to restore the body and to safely carry out an investigation in the area during “dangerous road conditions created by the weather”.
