A young father reportedly in the US is illegal in custody and is accused of killing his 2 -month -old daughter.
Marlon Rabanales-Pretzantzin, 20, was arrested on Wednesday and accused of second -degree murder At the death of his daughter, according to the police of Nassau County.

Officials said an investigation turned out that the baby was the victim of an attack that caused her death. The police said that the child had scrapes and broken bones, among other things.
During a press conference shared by PIX11, Nassau County Police Detective Capt said. Stephen Fitzpatrick that Rabanales pretzantzin admitted his baby.

Officials determined that Rabanales pretzantzin lived in the house with the 20-year-old mother of his children.
A 1-year-old boy was also removed from the house and transported to a hospital for evaluation for any injuries.
Researchers believe that the mother was not involved in the abuse of the children.
