Everton denied a sentence late as Manchester United came from two goals to rescue a point in a fascinating Premier League clash in Goodison Park.
The bullets in the form dominated in the first half and is worth 2-0 with the courtesy of the goals by Beto and Abdoulaye Doucoure.
But Ruben Amorim’s side, which now won only four of the 15 league games since the Portuguese manager took over in November, has caused improved performance after the break and leveled with impressive strikes by Bruno Fernandes and Manuel Ugarte.
The hosts then had a penalty decision overturned by VAR deeply in a break, too much for the frustration of the boss David Moyes.
The result moves a refreshing Everton to the 12th, while United remains at the 15th point.

How the action unfolded
Both managers chose a more casual dress for premature launch, with Moyes wearing a black sweater, while Amorim fights with a rather retro hoodie.
But visitors looked away from the united side of the old, as, from the off, Everton was very much like the team in form. Their energetic high pressure constantly sets a united side low in trust under increasing pressure.
And Tfeffees’ suffering almost paid dividends within five minutes, when Everton ruled out on the edge of their own box only for Beto’s Tame’s header was straight to Andre Onana.
Although he looked vulnerable, Amorim’s side then went near when Patrick Dorgu cut the ball back to Rasmus Hojlund after an insanditable United move, but his toe-poke was saved by Jordan Pickford.
At 19 minutes, however, it was the refreshing hosts who first hit, putting the ball into the net, as United failed to clear up from a corner.
Amorim cut a very disappointed figure on the touch line with United looking again at another difficult afternoon.

And, of course, things went from bad to worse for United when Doucoure doubled the lead for the dominant Tofffees when he reacted faster after Jack Harrison’s attempt.
Everton would have made it three in the first half stop time if it wasn’t for Noussair Mazraoui, who blocked Doucoure’s low cross with Beto ready to hit home.
United needed their own resuscitation if they had any hope of saving something from the game.
While there was an improvement after the break, Amorim’s side continued to offer little advanced, with Hojlund, who failed to find the net in 16 games, almost anonymous figure.
The hosts, meanwhile, seemed hungry for a third. The impressive Doucoure almost put the game in bed when his volleyball was extremely saved by Onana.
But just as United seemed to be on the ropes, they were given a salvation when Fernandes, who had fallen behind as a deep player, sent a stunning 20 -meter kick to the far corner.

Suddenly it was a game. And, eight minutes later, it was all square when Ugarte’s strong strike hit Pickford in full.
What seemed an extremely unlikely scenario in the half had happened. With 10 minutes left over, it was now united in the driving seat.
But there had to be more drama in this meeting with Merseyside. Beto had another chance late before Everton had initially been awarded a sentence when replacement Ashley Young went down to the box.
No penalty-drama in the end !!!

The referee Andy Madley pointed out the point, but, after a long VAR control, his decision was overthrown, very much for Moyes’ frustration.
For United and Amorim, the result will do little to relieve pressure on the Portuguese manager. For Everton, despite the controversy surrounding the subversive spot-kick, he will feel that two points have fallen.
