Teddy Mellencamp shared exactly what she needs to do about her ongoing divorce Edwin Arroyave – and has no plans to reveal much more than that.

Mellencamp, 43, and her ex The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills costar Erica Jane recently released their podcast “Diamonds in the Rough,” and much of the first episode rehashed the Bravo hit, in addition to a few updates on the Mellencamp divorce. (On Thursday’s Dec. 5 episode, Mellencamp said she and Arroyave, 47, are “happy to be by each other’s side.”)

“My response would have been like, ‘I’m not getting paid to be on a TV show to do this anymore,'” Mellencamp exclusively said Us Weekly on Friday, December 6, at Jingle Ball on iHeartRadio in Los Angeles, responding to criticism that he doesn’t share enough with fans. “Erika said, ‘You can’t say that. You are in the public eye.

She added: “My answer is to listen to the latest Diamonds in the Rough podcast and then you’ll hear as much as you probably need to hear or want to hear. I just won’t share (much more), like the kids are involved.”

Teddy Mellencamp didn’t shy away from discussing her divorce on her first podcast since announcing her split from husband Edwin Arroyave. During the Tuesday, Nov. 5, episode of her “Two Ts in a Pod” podcast with Tamra Judge, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, 43, immediately announced her big news. “I do (…)

Mellencamp and Arroyave were married for over a decade before splitting up this fall. The reality TV personality announced her divorce in November, but indicated in her divorce filing that she and Arroyave separated on October 20. Arroyave, meanwhile, claimed in her response that they broke up three weeks later.

“After much care and consideration, I have made the difficult decision to file for divorce,” Mellencamp wrote in his statement on Instagram at that time. “My priority is my children and ensuring that every care is taken of their privacy and well-being in this new chapter.”

Mellencamp and Arroyave share three children: Slate, 12, Cruz, 10, and Dove, 4. (Arroyave is also father to a daughter, Isabella, from a previous relationship.)

Mellencamp is now embracing her new chapter as a single mother.

“I think the biggest thing for me is just continuing to show … the good, the bad and the ugly,” she said us on Friday. “(And) I’m also trying to find as much peace as I can while having fun and growing and working as hard as I can and being a good mom.”

Mellencamp also enjoyed working on his podcasts. In addition to “Diamonds in the Rough,” she hosts “Two Ts in a Pod” with The Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Judge.

“I can’t believe it,” Mellencamp gushed Friday. “It’s so much being ‘Two T’s,’ but it’s also really fun because I get to work with so many amazing women and have so many fun interviews. It’s just the constant ability to go outside of what we were originally doing. It’s exciting.”

The iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour special airs on ABC on Wednesday, December 18 at 8:00 PM ET and airs the following day on Hulu.
