Swift, 35, was not in attendance as was Kelsey, also 35, and the Chiefs played the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, Dec. 15, in the tight end’s native Ohio, according to ESPN.
Swift concluded Eras Tour earlier this month, shortly before he left for Kansas City. A day before the pop star’s 35th birthday, she made a surprise appearance in the the local Children’s Mercy Hospital to meet with pediatric patients. There, Swift chats, takes TikToks, poses for selfies and signs autographs Eras Tour Murch.
“We can’t shake this – the excitement, smiles and laughter that filled our halls yesterday when @taylorswift13 visited patients in Kansas City,” X’s message from the hospital’s official account read on Friday, December 13. “Thank you and Happy Birthday from all your fans at Children’s Mercy!”

Swift closed her record Eras Tour with nine concerts in Toronto and Vancouver. The Canadian concerts were her first since the album Tortured Poets Department. earned six Grammy nominations.
“You guys have done something so amazing in the last few months (with) what you’ve done with the hug Tortured Poets Department.,” she burst onto the stage at the end of November. “It really blew me away. It’s really emotional for me because this album; I wrote it during Eras Tour.“
The 14-time Grammy winner added: “I wrote the album, I made the album – I was all trying to keep it a secret from you guys and then I announced the album and I’ve actually been working really hard to secretly put together a new chapter in Eras Tour on Tortured Poets Department. and we wanted to surprise you with it.
Swift went on to credit her fans for her Grammy nominations, telling the crowd that the album’s success was due to her fans holding “this No. 1 album for nearly four months.
Between her making history Eras Tour concerts in the US and abroad, Swift has watched Kelce’s Chiefs games in person. She only made it to home games, often sitting with Kelce’s friends and their two families.

Swift was a zealous member of the Chiefs Kingdom since she started dating Kelce in the summer of 2023.
“When you say a relationship is public, it means I get to see him do what he likes, we show each other, other people are there and we don’t care,” Swift said TIME on her Person of the Year 2023 profile. “The downside is that you have to go to great lengths to make sure no one knows you’re seeing someone. And we’re just proud of each other.”
She continued: “Football is great, it turns out. I’m missing out on a lifetime.”
Kelce, a three-time Super Bowl-winning tight end for the Chiefs, is equally enamored of Swift’s career and visits her often Eras Tour concerts.
“Taylor’s shows are amazing,” he exclusively speaking Us Weekly in May. “If you haven’t been to them, you should try.”
Kelce, for his part, showed support at her second concert in Indianapolis last month.
