Chennai Super Kings (CSK) has made a basic addition to their training led by coach Stephen Fleming, with Michael Hussey as coach and Eric Simons as a bowling adviser, in front of the upcoming Indian Premier League 2025 (IPL 2025).
On Monday, February 24, Chennai Super Kings announced the signature of former Indian All-Rounder Sridharan Sriram as an assistant bowling coach for the upcoming IPL 2025. role.

Sridharan Sriram brings vast coaching experience to Chennai Super Kings
Earlier, Sriram worked with many teams at the highest level. He served as Australia’s assistant coach from 2016 to 2022. In 2022, he took over a T20 consultant with Bangladesh for the Asian World Cup and the T20 World Cup.
The IPL trip of former Indian All-Rounder continued in 2023 when he joined the Lucknow Super Giants as an assistant coach for IPL 2024. He also worked with Bangladesh as a technical adviser to the ODI World Cup. Earlier in his career, he was also part of the Daredevils Delhi Brilling Installation.
With the wealth of experience and deep understanding of the game in the white ball cricket, Chennai Super Kings will hope that Sriram’s expertise enhances bowling attack as they seek to make a strong return after failing to qualify for the playoffs of last season.
