Scarlett Johansson and husband Colin Jost stepped out in style at the American Museum of Natural History’s annual gala.
Johansson, 39, and Jost, 42, walked the red carpet together on Thursday, Dec. 5, beaming at each other in their coordinating outfits. The Marvel actress stunned in a black V-neck dress, which she accessorized with a pearl necklace and diamond studded earrings. Jost, for his part, wore a tuxedo with a bow tie.
As the married couple posed for photos, they sweetly held hands.
Johansson and Saturday Night Live the star have been together since 2017, meeting on the set of the iconic variety show. They married three years later and welcomed their son Cosmo in 2021. (Johansson also shares eldest daughter Rose, 10, with her ex-husband Romain Doriac.)
“I will say that we have one — we laugh a lot and communicate with each other and check in,” Johansson previously said to CBS Mornings in June 2023 “I’m married to a writer, he’s a comedy writer. Sometimes he can lose his head, he’s kind of an introvert. I’m an extrovert, and I think the key for us is always checking in, just asking at the end of the day, “How was your day?”

While the duo doesn’t always hit the red carpet together, Yost famous name-drops his wife in the episodes of SNL“Weekend Update”, often at the request of a co-host Michael Che. Such mentions cause “panic” in Johansson.
“Now I rarely watch (SNL) without feeling like … not overwhelming panic, just like a little overwhelming panic, because I just feel like at any moment something is going to fall apart,” Johansson said during an appearance in July 2021. c The Kelly Clarkson Show. “And that’s the excitement of SNL and for all audiences, right? Because it’s absolutely live.”
At the time, she added: “But when you’re emotionally invested in it and not just entertained by it, it takes on a little bit of a different life.”

In addition to dealing with Jost’s pranks, Johansson recently gushed that she’s been “extremely lucky” in her marriage.
“He’s a very, very, very great guy,” Johansson said Live with Kelly and Mark last month. “He’s a nice guy and he’s funny and thoughtful and loving and he’s a great dad and I love him. “But he also has his mischievous side. He keeps it interesting.
Jost’s “naughty side,” according to Johansson, refers to his sister Pete Davidsonferry purchase.
“He buy the Staten Island Ferry. Decommissioned Staten Island Ferry. And she is, yes, still decommissioned,” she joked, imploring viewers to rent the boat for bar mitzvahs, weddings and more.
