Sports Minister Prince Abdulaziz Bin Turki Al-Faisal says that Mohamed Salah “tweak all the right boxes” for clubs who want to repay Liverpool to Saudi Arabia.
Salah has not yet signed a new contract with its current Anfield deal ending at the end of the season.
International Egypt has expressed its desire to remain in Mersesides, but it is currently free to negotiate with a club outside England.

Prince Abdulaziz appeared at Piers Morgan Uncensored and was asked if Salah was the “biggest trophy at the moment”, in which he replied: “Surely, he hits all the right boxes for us, we would like to have him.
“He is Egyptian and we have a very good relationship. We feel like we are one with the Egyptians, from our culture and our history and so on.
“So, in order to have mo salah or other players who are good role models would be a privilege. Will it happen? It is up to the clubs to decide and see what negotiations are going on.”
Duran now, salah tomorrow?
The Pro League clubs were again active in the current transfer window with Aston Villa Jhon Duran striker seemingly ready to join Cristiano Ronaldo in Al Nassr in an agreement worth £ 64 million.
And Prince Abdulaziz has confirmed that trying to make Saudi Arabia an attractive destination for top players is not going to stop soon.
He added: “We want the championship to be at the top five they watched and be traded (world championships) that people aspire to want to play there and I don’t see any damage to it.
“We can work with everyone in Europe to make sure we will achieve it.”
