Anderlecht are third after a 2-1 win at Slavia Prague, while Lyon beat Eintracht Frankfurt 3-2 to take fourth place and PAOK crushed Ferentsvaros 5-0 in Thessaloniki to boost their hopes for play offs.
The top eight advance directly to the Round of 16, with teams placed ninth through 24th in a two-legged playoff.

Fisayo Dele-Bashiru and veteran Pedro were on target for Lazio, while substitute Sergio Pena equalized in stoppage time for Malmo as they held unbeaten Galatasaray to 2-2. The Turkish club is sixth in the standings.
Roma showed signs of improvement as they beat Braga 3-0 for a second straight win which came after the struggling club earned their first win under new manager Claudio Ranieri, 4-1 at Serie A away side Lecce.
