According to court documents obtained by Us Weeklya car was pulled over by police for a loud exhaust in Niagara, Wisconsin, on November 18. Chelsea, 27, was one of two passengers in the vehicle. The officer noticed Chelsea had “pick marks” on her face and asked for any identifying information. Chelsea had no identification but gave her name and date of birth to the officer, according to the documents.

The officer ran her name and date of birth into his system and saw that she was out on drug warrants from Marinette and Oconto Counties in Wisconsin. (Chelsea was previously arrested in September and October and charged with child neglect and drug possession.)

After releasing his information, the officer ordered a K9 to sniff the car, which resulted in a positive tip. Law enforcement ordered Chelsea and the others in the car to exit the vehicle. Naloxone, which can be used to reverse the effects of an opiate overdose, was found in the trunk.
