Republican Senator Justin Eichorn in Minnesota has been accused of attempted coercion and temptation of a minor, the office of the American attorney, noted Minnesota district in a press release.
A statement signed by a FBI Special Agent Details of how Eichorn, who actually corresponded to law enforcement, would be reportedly agreed to pay for sex.
“Bloomington Police Department of detectives communicated with the man who thought he was talking with a 17-year-old woman. On March 17, a detective arranged to meet the man at a location near the 8300-block of Normandale Avenue in Bloomington,” says a press release on the Bloomingtonmn.gov website.
“The male, identified as Justin David Eichorn, 40 years old, from Grand Rapids, Minn. Was observed in the area by Pick -Up. Eichorn was arrested outside his vehicle by uniformed Bloomington -Politiementen.”

FOX News Digital reached contact with the Eichorn office on Thursday to request a remark from the state legislator, but no comments were given by publication time.
The sworn explanation notes that “the undercover telephone number for law enforcement SMSs receive SMS messages from XXX-XXX-9711 (hereinafter, the suspect). These texts include:” Hey (fictional name) I saw your message and (sic) chance that you are still available tonight? ” And later, “What is a man Gota (sic) doing to come online with the most popular girl tonight.” “
The suspect continued to communicate even after an undercover law enforcement officer who occurred while the girl said she was 17 years old.
The sworn explanation states that “After he had again asked about the age of the Undercover officer, the suspect wrote:” Okay, will you send me a nothing photo of you to show me real? “

Other texts showed the suspect who asked for prices and setting up a meeting.
The police found Cash and an unopened condom in the Eichorn truck, notes the explanation.
“If a 40-year-old man, if you come to the Orange Jumpsuit District, you can look for sex with someone’s child, you can expect us to lock you up,” said Bloomington Police Chief Booker Hodges, according to the press release.

“I have always advocated stiff fines for these kinds of offenses. The recent case in which Michael Gillis was arrested in Bloomington is a good example of why we need stronger fines. We need our state legislator to take this case and this kind of behavior more seriously.”
Senate -Republicans intended to move on Thursday morning to expel Eichorn from the Senate, according to a Republican statement from the Senate provided to Fox News Digital by the spokesperson for Caucus.
“There is no doubt that these charges are experiencing expulsion,” noted the Republican leader of the Senate Mark Johnson. “We owe it to the public to keep our members on the highest standards, and this violation of public trust is so serious that we have to act. It is my hope that this rapid resolution Senator Eichorn gives the time to concentrate on his family.”
