One of her most extraordinary looks came at the iHeartRadio Music Awards in April, when she wore her ‘Karma’ music video outfit and glitter. Her costume included transparent legs decorated with black spots, crystals and wings on the back. The Dance moms alum’s glamor was just as wild, with her platinum locks braided and styled into a faux hawk and Kiss-inspired studs drawn around her eyes.
Siva – who said Us Weekly that the girl with the bow “never going back” — went on to honor his “Karma” music video in April by wearing his own face on a muscle T-shirt of Dance Moms: The Reunion premiere.
