Recruitment of the army crushes records after winning by President Trump elections, inauguration


The US Army Recently announced that the earlier recruitment records crashed, with December 2024 the most productive December in 15 years.

The branch reported that it hired nearly 350 soldiers that month, army officials announced on social media on Tuesday.

“Our recruiters have one of the most difficult jobs – which inspire the next generation #soldiers to serve. Congratulations and continue with the great work! #Baycb,” wrote the army officials in a message about X.

In October 2023, the army unveiled a series of radical changes to its recruitment company, including an extensive focus on a larger share of the labor market and creating a specialized workforce of talent acquisition.

The army of stupid medical care providers to military access operating stations throughout the country to make the service process more efficient, and used innovative new technologies to reach an extensive audience and to help identify candidates interested in military service.

There was also a remarkable expansion of the future preparatory course of the branch, which helps potential recruits to overcome academic and physical fitness barriers for service, while reporting “no quality for quantity”.

Yet the US Army missed its recruitment goals with 41,000 in 2023.

In 2024, the Army announced that it reduced its strength by 24,000 in a restructuring to ‘help the service fight in future wars’.

The nearly 5 percent of the jobs lowered the affected posts that, according to the army, remained empty.
