Read it: Jay-Z sends out blistering memo amid Diddy’s accusations

Jay-Z was accused of raping a minor along with him Sean “Diddy” Combs at an MTV VMA after-party in 2000, according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital.

The lawsuit, initially filed in October, was refiled on Sunday New York by an anonymous accuser who claims Jay-Z, whose full name is Shawn Carter, “raped” her while Combs and “Celebrity B” watched.

Initially, the lawsuit stated that Combs raped the minor while “Celebrity A” and “Celebrity B” watched. Carter was named as “Celebrity A” in the refiled lawsuit.

Jay-Z denied the allegations and accused attorney Tony Buzzbee of blackmail in a statement via his Roc Nation banner.

“My lawyer received a blackmail attempt, a so-called demand letter, from one ‘lawyer’ named Tony BuzbeeJay-Z said in a statement on Roc Nation’s X account. “What he calculated was the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would make me want to settle.

“No sir, it had the opposite effect! It made me want to expose you in a VERY public way for the fraud you are committing. So no, I will not give you a single red cent!!”

Jay-Z continued: “These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil complaint! Whoever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked up, don’t you agree? If that were the case, the victims would deserve real justice.”

In a statement to Fox News Digital, Diddy’s reps again denied the allegations, saying, “This amended complaint and the recent racketeering case against Mr. Buzbee expose his barrage of lawsuits against Mr. Combs for what they are: shameless publicity stunts, designed to extract payments from celebrities who fear lies are being spread about them, just as lies have been spread about Mr. Combs.”

They continued: “As his legal team has previously said, Mr. Combs has full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually abused or trafficked anyone – male or female. woman, adult or minor.”

The lawsuit stated that Jay-Z “was with Combs during many of the instances described herein” and that “both perpetrators must appear in court.” The music moguls are reportedly “so close that Combs stated in 2023 that Carter is the only person, other than Combs’ mother, who can call him by his legal first name ‘Sean’.”

Combs and Carter allegedly “took turns assaulting the minor,” according to the lawsuit. “Many others attended the afterparty but did nothing to stop the attack.”

The 13-year-old girl was dropped off at Radio City Music Hall by a friend because she wanted to attend the MTV Video Music Awards in 2000, according to a lawsuit. In an attempt to gain access to the venue, she began approaching limousine drivers waiting outside the celebrity-filled event.

“One of the limousine drivers she spoke to claimed to work for Diddy,” the lawsuit read. “He told her that Combs liked younger girls and said she ‘fitted what Diddy was looking for,’ which resulted in her not being admitted to the Awards but inviting her to an after-party.”

The 13-year-old “recognized many celebrities” upon arriving at the party and had to sign a non-disclosure agreement. However, she did not receive a copy.

Combs, who would have been thirty years old at the time, then allegedly tried to force the girl to perform oral sex on him. According to the lawsuit, he stopped after she punched him in the neck.

Diddy was indicted with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution in a federal indictment unsealed on September 17. If found guilty, he faces a minimum of 15 years behind bars or a maximum sentence of life in prison.

Authorities alleged that Diddy was a criminal enterprise through his companies, which include Bad Boy Entertainment, Combs Enterprises and Combs Global, among others. He used “guns, threats of violence, coercion, and verbal, emotional, physical, and sexual abuse” to fulfill his sexual desires, according to the unsealed indictment obtained by Fox News Digital.
