Game mechanics

- Festive two-player co-op experience: The game has you join forces with another player to save Christmas, navigate the world and reach the end by gifting everyone in the game world. Players can manually choose which role to choose in the hub world. both roles are indicated by the respective icon. The idea is to get to the next checkpoint while avoiding treacherous drops along the way.
- Global Navigation: Getting past the world is up to the Reindeer, who must use their motion controls to pull the sleigh to safety. If the sled falls, both players will, causing an accidental death and sending them back to the checkpoint. The player taking on the role of Santa Claus can throw gift boxes at the inhabitants of the world to open closed doors and raise bridges.
- Checkpoints: Every so often, you’ll cross checkpoints in the game that save your progress and act as safety nets for your journey ahead. These points are where you will revive if you happen to die at any point. Go from one checkpoint to the next to reach the end of the game and track your progress.
- Sledding: You can buy different types of sleds from around the world. These can also be premium or randomly unlocked through spins, making them a mix of free and paid features. Different sleds do not change the vehicle’s stats. Instead, they are purely cosmetic, so they can be unlocked for you to try.
- Rotations: Spins can be performed in the overworld to win various prizes. You can perform one free spin every once in a while and spinning it continuously requires you to spend Robux. Spins can award free skins, consumable items like C4 and Rocket Launchers and Revives.
