Manchester City, 2017/18: Guardiola Glory
The city had ended on Tuesday and 15 points behind the Chalsea champions in their first season under the Pep Guardiola, but their second season under their Spaniard saw the first team from United in 2001 to win the title with five matches to challenge April 15.
A 1-0 win for the West Bromwich Albion in Old Trafford handed over the city’s prices, which scored 106 goals, scored a 79 goal difference and finished 19 points over their most intense opponents. After losing 4-3 at home to Chelsea on December 22, as part of a series of winnings in five games, Everton won 16 and drew two of the next 18 league games to prevail with five games remaining in 1985, with a decisive 2-0 win at the Park Rangers’ home.
Graeme Sharp Top-Scored with 27 goals in all matches, as the Tofffees finished 13 points over Liverpool and the third-placed Tottenham to win the championship for the first time in 15 years. Howard Kendall also won the Cup Cup, hitting Bayern Munich in the semifinals and the rapid Vienna in the final in Rotterdam.
Man United, 1999/2000: Landslide for Ferguson
They will break the record by eight days next season, but United won the championship on April 22 in 2000, making the first team in the Premier League Era to Triumph with four games ahead of them, helped 20 goals in the league by Dwight Yorke.
A series of a defeat in 22 matches and seven consecutive wins allowed them to take the title to Southampton and won each of the other league matches to reach 18 points over the second -placed Arsenal with a finish of 52 and six fewer defeats on any other side.

Man United, 2012/13: Swansong of Sir Alex
United won the title exactly the same day in 2013, the winner of the Premier League Golden Boot Robin Van Persie scoring a spectacular target in a 3-0 win over Aston Villa in the last season of Ferguson.
Ferguson’s final game was a 5-5 draw at West Brom, as United won the championship for the 13th time under Scot, winning the second city with 11 points and won five more games from Cityzens. They have not yet created a credible title challenge since then.
Arsenal, 2003/04: Invincibles

Chelsea 2004/05: Mourinho the teacher

Liverpool 1982/83: Farewell to Paisley
The wins were worth three points in England in 1981 and Liverpool looked at the march to win the title amazingly early in the final season of Bob Paisley when they brought 16 points away from the second-scored Watford after the 35th game of the 42 championship program.
Top shooter Ian rush Failure to score at all, as Liverpool failed to win none of the other seven games, but Manchester United’s 1-1 draw at Norwich City on April 30 meant that Paisley players were at least three champions from the finish line.
When can Liverpool win the title?
The nearest Arsenal opponents could be in Liverpool on the first date, it could win the title. Arsenal visits Everton on April 5, when Liverpool is in Fulham.
This scenario, however, would require a capitulation by Arsenal, with a home victory at Tottenham on April 26 that looked like a more realistic date when Liverpool could lift the trophy.
Assuming the rest of the tops at the top this season are not perfect from Liverpool’s point of view, they could also be confirmed in Chelsea on May 3 or at home at Arsenal on May 10.

Premier League title: Arne Splot Trophies

The Dutchman also won the second tier in his home country as a midfielder for Zwolle in 2001/02 and 2011/12.
