Paris Hilton shares a “careful moment” with her son after the LA wildfires

Paris Hilton is to remember what is important in life after loser her Malibu home in Wildfires in Los Angeles.

Hilton, 43, said yes Instagram on Sunday, Jan. 19, to share a video of her son Phoenix, 2, snuggled up in a blanket next to the family’s two dogs.

The clip, which zooms in on the youngster’s face and captures her pups Diamond and Bebe lazing by his side, comes with the caption: ‘Take a moment to relax with sleepy Finny, Diamond and Bebe.’

The mother of two, who also shares daughter London, 1, with her husband, Carter Rheumcaptioned the shot with a heartfelt message. “Some sleepy shots of Pheeny and puppies for your feed 🧘🏼‍♀️🩷 With everything going on around us, sometimes we need an adorable reminder to take a moment for ourselves 🥹 #SlivingMom,” Hilton wrote. (The term “Sliving” combines “killing” and “living,” a word coined by Hilton.)

The post comes after Hilton confirmed via the social media platform on January 9 that she watched her “Malibu home burn to the ground on live television.” Describing the experience at the time, she wrote, “This home was where we made so many precious memories. This is where Phoenix took its first steps and where we dreamed of building a lifetime of memories with London.🥹.”

A devastated Hilton showed remarkable perspective even then, continuing, “Although the loss is tremendous, I am thankful that my family and pets are safe. My heart and prayers go out to every family affected by these fires. To all the people who have lost their homes, their memories and their beloved pets. My heart aches for those still in danger or grieving greater losses. The devastation is unimaginable.”

Hilton has kept a positive outlook on the devastation of the Los Angeles wildfires, which have affected a number of celebrities since they broke out due to a violent storm on January 7, reaching out to displaced animals despite her personal heartbreak.

She shared via Instagram on Monday, January 13 that she intends to I keep a dog who was betrayed by his family who lost their home in the fire. “And we’re going to go and see if there are any other dogs still looking for their owners,” Hilton posted at the time, adding a photo of herself cheering on a cat hoping to find its owner amid the Altadena fires.

Hilton and a celebrity host have shared vital information about disaster resources following the natural disaster, with the socialite adding that her own charity is offering help. The January 13 post continued: “My non-profit organization @1111Media Impact contributed to support the shelter’s efforts and we are still raising funds to help displaced families and pets 💰Every donation makes a difference in providing emergency care, housing and consumables. If you are able to donate or volunteer, the Pasadena Humane Society is an amazing charity to support!”
