Outdoor Exercises to Try During the Summer


Summer is the perfect time to exercise outside and get some Vitamin D, girlfriend!

You can take any of your MOVE app outdoor workouts, from your Sweat Sesh to the Daily 10 or try these suggestions!

Best outdoor exercises to do in Summer:

1. Yoga in the morning

Start your day off right with a relaxing yoga session in the park or your backyard. Find a quiet spot, roll out your mat, and relax and listen to the sounds of nature.

2. Beach Walk

Beach walks are the perfect way to distract your mind from whatever is going on in your life right now. Take 10-30 minutes to walk around the beach by yourself (with headphones on and your favorite playlist or podcast) or take a walk with a girlfriend and catch up on life!

3. HIIT Workout

Take your high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts to the beach for an added challenge. The soft sand will work your muscles, and the ocean breeze will cool you down. HIIT workouts are great for burning calories and improving cardiovascular fitness.
