NY GOV. Kathy Hochul says she hired federal workers, fired by Trump admin


Government Kathy Hochul, DN.Y., says federal employees fired by President Donald Trump’s Administration to come and work for her.

“We have 7,000 openings in the state of New York, and we appreciate the public service,” Hochul told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer in the Situation Room on Monday. ‘Kublants take care of our people. That’s what it’s all about. So come on, on board. We will hire you. ”

About 25,000 Federal employees are dismissed or administrative leave are applied, probably soon dismissed. The Trump administration also estimates that 75,000 employees have accepted the delayed buy -out.

Federal employees in different agencies have received e -mails from the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) asking to sum up five performance from the previous week.

This week’s e -mail Asks employees to “answer this e -mail with about 5 bullets that describe what you achieved last week and CC your manager.”

Comments are required at 11:59 PM et. On Monday, those who work on sensitive or classified information are asked to indicate that their activities are sensitive.
