While Kidman and Urban’s kids are taking it slow began to make more public appearances recently. Kidman paid tribute to her family earlier this year while accepting the award at the 49th AFI Lifetime Achievement Awards Gala.

“There is also the most important thing, love. Big, big love. And then right there is the love of my life and the love of my life,” she said in April. “My daughters have never been anywhere in public with me on a red carpet, tonight was their first night, so here they are, Sunday and Faith.”

After the award ceremony, Kidman revealed that her youngest daughters haven’t seen some of her biggest movies, telling the Los Angeles Times“At the AFI (Lifetime Achievement Award) tribute, they saw (Eyes wide shut) scene where I get stoned. They showed that and I was like, “Whoah. My God! Okay.

She added: “(Sunday) said, ‘Mom, that was good.’ She also said (about my 2004 film Birth), “That was really good.” I watched that scene and thought, “Wow. That was really good. And I never do.

Kidman noted that actors watching their own movies “feel a little weird,” adding, “I’m fine with celebrating directors because that’s their job. But my own little part of it is like (groan). But if you’re a director, it’s great to hear that you’re proud of it. So I’m very, very proud of that. I’m telling you, Stanley up there, if you’ll listen to me. He knows that anyway.

Sunday too made his track debut at Miu Miu’s Paris Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2025 show. Kidman previously recalled telling her daughter she could attend a show when she reached a certain age.

“She’s going to be 16. That’s what I told her when she was 16 she was allowed to come on the show,” Kidman explained in an August interview with Vogue Australia. “He wanted to go for a long time. That was her foray into it and that was it. I’m like no, not anymore. It’s a push-pull. I don’t want to hold her because I don’t want to spoil her.
