In the documents, Garrett claims Minaj called him into her dressing room after a concert in April 2024. in Detroit, where she allegedly became agitated when she learned he had asked someone else to pick up a prescription.

We are confident that the matter raised by this former assistant will be resolved expeditiously in Ms. Petty’s favor.”

“They tried to stop me from coming to every show,” Minaj wrote via Instagram in May 2024. “They took my bags before I saw them. Put it on the plane. Now they are waiting at customs. This is what it looks like when ppl are paid big bucks to try and sabotage a tour after all else has failed. Everything they did was illegal.”
Minaj claims the drugs belonged to her bodyguards and was released a few hours later.
“We have just released a 41-year-old American woman who we arrested this afternoon in Schiphol on suspicion of exporting soft drugs,” the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee said in a statement X, possibly referring to Minaj. “Following consultation with the prosecution, the suspect was fined and may continue his journey.”
