With about a month until the NBA play -offs start, the Milwaukee Bucks Got rough news about one of their star players.
The team announced on Tuesday Damian Lillard has been diagnosed with deep vein stream – a blood clot – in his right -hand calf.
Lillard keeps the diagnosis out of an indefinite period of time.

The bucks gave the update on the status of the sevenfold All-NBA Guard without offering a goal date for its potential return. Lillard has missed the last three games of the Bucks and is already excluded for their Wednesday match in Denver.
“The health of Damian is our number 1 priority,” said Bucks General Manager Jon Horst in a statement. “We will support him if he continues this weekly process of strict criteria to ensure that it is safe for him to return to play. Doctors have indicated that his situation is very unlikely. We are grateful that this is quickly identified and medicine, which helps with recovery.”
Lillard has used blood -thinning medication, which has stabilized the blood clot, ESPN noted.

Unfortunately for the money they might have a kind of hint about how much time Lillard will miss. San Antonio Spurs Superstar Victor Wembanyama Was diagnosed last month with a blood clot in his shoulder and the Spurs immediately decided him out for the rest of the season.
It should be noted that San Antonio did not exactly moisture for a play -off place when the diagnosis of Wembanyama was diagnosed. Milwaukee is currently the fifth seed in the Eastern Conference. The bucks and fellow divisions in the pacers and pistons are all in the rankings within 2.5 games, with Indiana the four-seed and detroit in the sixth.

Lillard is in his second season in Milwaukee after having spent his first 11 seasons with the Portland Trail Blazers. He has an average of 24.9 points and 7.1 assists per match, to the same footing with his career statistics.
