Anthony Davis made his debut at Dallas Mavericks on Saturday when he went up against Houston Rockets. Davis came from a abdominal injury he suffered after his game against Philadelphia 76ers when he was still part of the La Lakers. Unfortunately for Mavs fans, they may have to wait a little longer to see ad play again as he suffered another injury after the Rockets game.
Davis, known to have been prone to injury throughout his career, suffered a left -wing addition. The advertisement has harmed the thigh area and is expected to come out for several weeks. NBA Insider Shams Charania said Davis would undergo a recovery to injure the accessor, who is overwhelming him for a few weeks.
“The Mavericks will have a careful recovery for (Anthony Davis),” Charania said. “I was told that the expectation is that Davis would need to be rehabilitated for the next few weeks in this injury to the Afforder. It seemed completely dominant.”

Given the circumstances, Dallas’ fans are optimistic ads could make his return before the Play-in Tournament if the Mavericks do not secure a playoff point in the second half of the season.
Kyrie Irving raised to replace Anthony Davis in all-star game

It was announced on Monday that Kyrie Irving would replace Dallas Mavericks’ new teammate Anthony Davis in the upcoming 2025 NBA All-Star game.
The last time Irving was in an All-Star game was during the 2022-23 season. Kyrie was recently negotiable at Dallas Mavericks at the time after 40 games with Brooklyn Nets.
Although it could come as a bummer to some given how Lebron James and Davis reunification will no longer happen this weekend all-star, it will still be interesting to see Kyrie reunite with two of his former teammates.
Irving became a champion with James during their term with Cleveland Cavaliers. Kai then played with Kevin Durant when both players decided to work with Brooklyn.
With all this in mind, Shaquille O’Neal’s team seems to be the favorite to win the All-Star game because of the crazy chemistry that his team already has. In addition to being former teammates in other teams, the majority also played for Team USA at the Paris Olympics in 2024.
