Doge -leader Elon Musk suggested that the United States have a “tyranny of the judiciary” after a series of judgments from the court who have paused or blocked some of the executive orders of President Donald Trump, while they also say that corrupt judges must be deposited and removed.
In a post on X, Musk regretted judicial statements that some of the Trump -executive orders have blocked many who have been abandoned from wasteful government spending and deporting illegal immigrants.
“If a judge can block any presidential order everywhere everywhere, we have no democracy, we have tyranny of the judiciary,” Musk wrote.

The post came hours after a federal court had blocked by immigration authorities Aim in certain places of worship and another gave the Trump government two days to resume hundreds of millions of dollars in payments for US Agency for International Development (USAID) projects around the world.
On Monday, a federal judge also blocked Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (Doge) to gain access to personal data at the Ministry of Education (ED) as part of their cost -saving sweep.
In response to Musk’s post, the American senator Mike Lee, R-Utah, said: “Corrupt judges must be dropped off. And remove. Take it away if you agree.”

“It’s the only way,” answered Musk.
He mentioned the expiration of rivals El Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele. Parliamentary leaders in that country recently dismissed the judges of the Supreme Court and an attorney general.
“The only way to restore the rule of people in America is to accuse judges,” said Musk. “Nobody is above the law, including judges. That is what is necessary to repair El Salvador. The same applies to America.”
“Unfortunately, as President Bukele articulates well -speaking, there is no other option,” he added. “We must accuse to save democracy.”

Bukele replied and said that if you do not accuse the corrupt judges, you cannot repair the country. “
“They will form a cartel (a judicial dictatorship) and block all reforms, protect the systemic corruption that they put on their seats,” he added.
