Lindsay Lohan’s father, Michael Lohan, is involved in a new run-in with the law.
On Sunday, March 16, the 64-year-old was arrested at 5:18 pm in Palm Beach, Florida for violating probation, according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital.
The arrest comes only a few weeks after Lohan was caught because he reportedly mistreated his alienated woman, Kate Major Lohan, in Texas.

In judicial documents obtained by Fox News Digital, Lohan was accused of a crime attack called ‘Continuous Violence Against the Family’ in February.
At the time, a representative of the Harris County Sheriff’s Office told Fox News Digital: “On Friday, February 21, 2025, the complainant (Kate Lohan) was on a medical follow -up, when the suspect (Michael Lohan) was observed by Mrs Lohan in the parking lot of the building. A 911 call was placed.”
“She told delegates that Lohan had put her out of a chair in their home a few days earlier. The complainant felt pain and discomfort. A female representative was able to witness the bruises on the body of the complainers,” the explanation continued.
In a statement exclusively to Fox News Digital, Kate said: “I pray for privacy because of my children and myself and pray that justice is finally served.”

Quinn has not yet responded to FOX News Digital’s request for comments on Lohan’s recent arrest.
Lohan and Kate married in 2014 and share two sons, Landon Major Lohan and Logan Michael Lohan.

The 64-year-old was earlier arrested in 2020 and accused of a crime infringement of criminal obstruction of breathing and second -degree intimidation, and posted two years on trial.
In 2021, Lohan was booked in the prison of Palm Beach County on five counts of the Patient’s Sandedlings and one count of conspiracy to commit the patient’s crew member, The Palm Beach Post reported at that time.

Authorities said that a Delray Beach area drug treatment center called Pride Recovery paid more than $ 27,000 in bribes to Lohan directly or to a company with which he was associated, Lola Recovery Ventures or Palm Beach Gardens.
According to Florida’s law, it is illegal for a healthcare provider to pay a committee for the referral of patients. The practice was linked to countless cases of fraud in which rehabilitation centers are reimbursed for performing expensive and unnecessary tests in patients with health insurance.
