Meghan Trainor admitted she went too far with Botox, but has other plans for plastic surgery in the future.
On the “We’re working on it with Meghan Trainor and Ryan Trainor” podcast last month, she revealed that she had “too much Botox and I needed help.”
“Someone convinced me with my small lips that when you do a lip flip, you put filler right above your upper lip so you can get a beautiful lip flip on your upper lip. And I was able to have one for the first time in my entire 30s. years of life – that wasn’t true,” she said, explaining that she had already had Botox on her forehead “a handful of times.”
She added, “I can’t smile anymore,” and demonstrated for the camera, saying, “Look, this is as big as I can smile.”

Trainor’s brother, Ryan, admitted that he teased her a bit about her inability to smile, and she said, “Now, I can’t unsee it.”
“Everywhere I go I can’t smile. My face hurts when I smile even if I try,” she added.
The ‘lip flip’ procedure Trainor refers to is a non-surgical method of making the lips appear fuller by injecting Botox into the corners of the mouth and the edges of the lips, causing the muscles around the upper lip to relax and appear upward to ‘flip’. looks bigger than normal, according to the Cleveland Clinic.

Trainor’s brother was empathetic to his sister after the teasing, saying they were told that as a family they have beautiful smiles, “so we don’t have to adjust anything.”
“You know what this has taught me? It taught me that my smile lights up a room, and when it’s not there, it’s a dim light,” Trainor said. “I the feeling that I am not happy because I can’t laugh.”
“Everywhere I go, I can’t smile. My face hurts when I smile, even if I try.”
She also recalled that she once used Botox and that “people gave me compliments like, ‘You look rested.’ So I thought, I’m going to do it again.”

Trainor also admitted that she got filler in her lips and was happy with it, but the “lip flip” from the Botox affected her ability to smile.
The 30-year-old revealed that she plans to undergo a breast augmentation or breast lift in the near future.
The mother of two, along with her husband, Daryl Sabara, explained below her pregnancies, her breast size fluctuated.

“I’ve lost some weight and I have sagging, like saggy bags like breasts,” she said.
Trainor said she has wanted some kind of breast lift since she was a teenager.

“I’ve wanted this all my life. So I’m going to have boobs that don’t look at the ground and it’s going to be huge,” the “All About That Bass” singer said, clarifying that the actual size wasn’t that big. It won’t be big, but she planned to “just get a ride.”

“Maybe a little implant so they think, ‘We’re breasts,’ because right now they’re not. But I love them, love my body, and I’ve wanted this for years,” she said.
