‘Masterclass’: Bondi flips the script on Dem senator after suggesting she will arm DOJ

Bondi responded by spotlighting the federal government’s investigation into Trump.

“Senator, I think this is the whole problem with the weaponization that we’ve seen over the last four years and what’s happened with Donald Trump,” Bondi said.

‘They were targeting Donald Trump. They went after him, back in 2016. They targeted his campaign. They have launched numerous investigations against him. That won’t be the case. When I am attorney general, I will not politicize that office. Bondi said. ‘I will not target people simply because of their political beliefs. Justice will be administered equally throughout this country. Senator, we need to bring this country back together. We have to move forward or we will lose. our country.”

Conservatives on social media quickly took note of the exchange.

“Pam Bondi completely flips the script on Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D), who tried to make it look like she was going to weaponize the DOJ,” said Eric Daughtery, assistant news director of Florida’s Voice News. posted on X. “Master class.”

“Pam Bondi makes Sheldon Whitehouse look stupid,” says Greg Price, deputy director of Trump ’24 posted on X.

Bondi is expected to be confirmed by the US Senate and some have speculated she will earn some votes from Democrats.
