Wade admitted earlier this week that he had been in contact with the Wolfpack and just answered “yes” when asked.
Wade, 42, said he always tried to be transparent with both his assistants and players during this time of the year.

The cowboys will be in the tournament this year with a 27-6 record and fresh from their second Straight Southland Conference Championship. He previously spent five seasons in LSU, two seasons in VCU and two in Chattanooga.
