Manchester City announced the acquisition of Omar Marmer by Eintracht Frankfurt with 59 million £


Manchester City confirmed the acquisition of Egyptian striker Omar Marmos by Eintracht Frankfurt.

The 25 -year -old has signed a four -year contract until June 2029.

The marble has scored 15 goals in 17 appearances in the Bundesliga this season, only after Harry Caine of Bayern Munich.

“With Pep, his technical staff and world class facilities here, players have everything they need to improve. This was really tempting for me when I had the opportunity to come here.

“I want to know from my staff and teammates and I want to become a valuable member of this winning team.

“I’m really looking forward to getting started, getting to know other players and showing Manchester City fans what I can do.”

City has also signed 19 -year -old defender Vittor Reis from Palmeira and defender Abndukondir Husanov from Lance in the January transfer period.

Marmos heads to the Premier League after just 18 months with Frankfurt, having been transferred from Wolfsburg by free transfer.

The talented forward, who can operate in the top three, stayed outside the Frankfurt team that won Borussia Dortmund on Friday night, with the German club confirming that he was in discussions about his departure.
