The basis of censorship by Fecteau and Maine Democrats was the function of Libby that identified a minor with a photo and by name. Libby and her lawyers, however, claim that the athlete had already been published in a positive light and competed on the public forum of a athletic event sponsored by the State.

“The championship was a public event, was streamed online and the names, schools and photos of the winners were all made public,” says a copy of the court case obtained by Fox News Digital.

Libby represents more than 9,000 voters in Maine’s House District 90, and six of them have registered the lawsuit as claimants because the censorship has impeded its assets to perform other legislative actions to serve those voters.

“The actions of the speaker not only denied me, but the thousands of voters I represent, and that is the bigger image here; the fact that the speaker in his eyes revened on me because he doesn’t like what I have to say,” Libby said.

Libby recently proposed a bill to expand access to sources for mental health care for residents of Maine, which she cannot help now. In the coming weeks, the Maine house will vote on the next biennial budget, and Libby will not vote on that either.

For Libby, the lawsuit is not only intended to restore her rights to her and her voters. She also says that it is an important step to take the national struggle to combat trans -inclusion in women’s sports.

“For whatever reason, Maine has become zero for this debate, and of course I want to have my voice back so that I can speak with it; and while we tackle this issue within the legislative power, I hope that everything that has happened in the debate in the coming weeks, but that not only Maine girls, but girls in the entire country, has been able to change Safe and Libby.”

Libby also encouraged Fcetau to easily restore its rights to prevent the case from being brought to court and the taxpayers of Maine to cost the price of potential lawsuits.

Meanwhile, Maine is being investigated by the US Department of Education and the Ministry of Health and Human Services (HHS) for potential title IX -violations about the refusal to comply with the recent executive order of Trump to prevent trans -athletes participating in girls and women’s sports.

HHS served a violation of violation to the State Maine On 25 February and the State declared the title IX broken by allowing transatletes to participate in girls sports. HHS later expanded the scope of the research with the Maine Principals Association and Greely High School.

Libby’s revelation of the Trans -Atleet led to national media reporting on the policy of the State for Trans -Inclusion after Maine had announced that it would not comply with the executive Order of Trump. Trump then promised to reduce financing to the state because he refused to follow his order.

The Mills office responded with a statement that endangered legal action against the Trump administration if it had remembered the federal financing of the state. Then Trump and Mills Verbaal sparkled in a broadly published argument in the White House during a two -part meeting of governors.

Only a few hours after that interaction, the US Department of Education announced that it would do it Research De State To allow transatletes to compete in girls sports and for potential title IX violations.

Protection was assigned to Greely High School.

The controversy even brought a protest against Mills called the “Mars Against Mills”, which took place outside of Maine’s State House on Saturday morning. Several female athletes took the microphone in the march to speak out against their democratic governor.
