Maduro regime to accept deportations of us


Venezuela will resume acceptance flights from the US after Venezuelan President Nicholas Maduro suspended the flights earlier this month.

Jorge Rodríguez, the president of Venezuela’s meeting And the main negotiator at the US announced the policy change on Saturday.

“We have agreed with the US government to resume the repatriation of Venezuelan migrants with a first flight tomorrow, on Sunday,” said Rodriguez.

He added that the deal with the US has guaranteed the “return of our countrymen to their nation with the protection of their human rights.”

Rodriguez referred to the deportation of some Venezuelan migrants to El Salvador in his statement. The government of President Donald Trump has sent some Venezuelan members of the Tren the Aragua gang to the country.

“Migrating is not a crime and we will not rest until we achieve the return of all those who need it and until we save our brothers, kidnapped in El Salvador,” said Rodríguez in a statement.

Venezuela has long been a friendly oil trade partner of the US until the left-wing regime of Maduro Wortel shot after the 1998 and 2000 elections under the rule of the Late Hugo Chavez and challenges on foreign policy.
