Southern charmis Madison LeCroy is always sharing her tips and tricks when it comes to her diet and fitness routines.

Le Croix started it wellness trip by completing the 75 Soft Challenge in the summer of 2024. and before moving to 75 Hard for 2025. Both 75 Soft and 75 Hard are fitness challenges created by an author and entrepreneur Andy Frizella. The programs encourage participants to adhere to six strict lifestyle rules for 75 days.

As part of the respective 75 challenges, LeCroy did Pilates workouts, cold plunges, sweating in a sauna and other exercises. Although LeCroy has done her fair share of gym classes, she also has a state-of-the-art home gym where she does most of her training.

In addition to the fitness aspect, LeCroy has also implemented healthy recipes in her diet, including her big salad for breakfast. Most of the reality star’s creations are alternatives to classic junk food options.

Motivation for the New Year

As LeCroy embarked on her New Year’s fitness resolution, she shared some motivational words of encouragement for those struggling.

“This is the first week of January when we’re all like, ‘OK, I’m done, I’m done with dry January, I’ve stopped eating healthy and working out every day.’ But we’re going to keep going,” she said in January 2024. LeCroy then shared what her workout for the day entails: stretching, running on a treadmill, a 45-minute sauna session and a three-minute cold soak.

When LeCroy began her journey with 75 Soft, she faced some challenges as she began a new lifestyle transition.

I’m not going to spend 75 days in the summer and on vacation and not drinking a pina colada,” LeCroy said in June 2024. TikTok video. “So my problem with that is water intake. I did my size and height and I need to take in 96 ounces of water a day which is six pounds. I feel like I’m going to drown.”

“I put salt everywhere,” she said in June 2024 TikTok. “I know people are like, ‘That’s bad for you.'” But I think if you’re sweating and doing saunas and stuff like that, you can get away with a little salt. It won’t kill you.

Try things again

LeCroy was making another healthy breakfast recipe and wanted to include an ingredient she doesn’t normally like.

In August 2024 LeCroy participates in Prolon’s five-day program, which mimics a fasting diet, and gives followers updates on how it’s going.

“I do them probably three times a year. I’m going out of town so I need to relax outside,” she said in a TikTok while preparing one of Prolon’s soups. “You get biscuits (with the meal) so I like to break them up and I’ll split it as I only get soup for dinner.”

In a follow up videoLeCroy shared that he usually doesn’t do intense workouts while on the cleanse, but he will do his typical cold sessions. On the third day, LeCroy admitted it was the “hardest day” of the program and she made a “mistake” by weighing herself.

“I was only down a pound and a half and you don’t see that weight until you wake up on day six because it’s only five days,” she reflected on TikTok. “The reason why day three is quite difficult is because you’re kind of restricted … you don’t get olives and instead of snacks you just get tea.”

Upon completion of the purge, LeCroy carried over to social media to celebrate.

“Abs checked. Thank God,” she said in a clip while showing off her toned stomach. “Now I can go get high on vacation and enjoy all the food and drink I can possibly consume.”
