Highly Scoring Croatian Defense Playing today for KVC Westerlo for loan from Hajduk Split; Will participate Premier League Club at the end of the season. Tottenham agreed for a 12 million £ Agreement to sign it in 2023.

Former professional footballer Patrick Gots believes that the 18 -year -old is a huge talent, but he is too early to move to Tottenham. Gots believes that the talented young defender will struggle to keep a regular starting point at the North London Club and is not ready to play for them yet.

Gots told Gazet Van Antwerpen (H/T Football newspaper): “Vouzkovic is very round, only the pure pace that lacks a bit, and there is a good head. He will also realize that it is too early for a return (moving) to Tottenham.”

“I think it’s in any case a very interesting profile for Antwerp, where Toby Alderweireld and Zeno Van Den Bosch will disappear from the heart of defense after this season,” Gots continued.

“The competition for awards, and who knows, maybe playing European, would be an ideal intermediate step.”

Tottenham is one of the largest clubs in the country and is expected to compete for the Champions League qualifications and domestic trophies. They need ready -made players who can have an immediate effect and help them improve.

Although Vuskovic is an elite talentIt takes more experience to compete at this level. It will take more time to grow further before it can keep a normal starting point for Tottenham. It will be interesting to see if the northern London club decides to send him for a loan next season. Sitting on the bench in Tottenham it is unlikely to benefit him. It must regularly compete at a high level to improve further.

The 18 -year -old defender will surely want to prove himself in English football and force his way to the Tottenham first team team next season. It will be interesting to see how the situation is developing.

Tottenham needs more depth in the defensive unit and if the 18 -year -old can prove his value next season, he could be an advantage for the club during injuries and rotation.
