NetflixLove is blind star Nick Dorca is not impressed with the ex-fiancée Hannah Gilesdramatic weight loss.
Dorcas, 29, reacted to Giles’ transformation in an interview with Page sixis “Virtual real tea” podcast on Monday, December 2.
“She really looks great, she looks fantastic. But the thing is, I know her, I’ve seen her all,” he said, adding: “Just because you look attractive, that’s part of it. The other part is your personality and I know who that is and there’s a lot to work on.”
Dorcas courted 27-year-old Giles during the Love is blindseason seven, which hit Netflix this fall. The couple separated before their wedding. Giles thought Dorcas, a broker, was too “immature”.
He said Monday that he was surprised Giles was no longer friends with their former co-workers Marissa George and Katie Bollinger.
“Sometimes her parents and her brother had a hard time,” Dorcas said Page six of Giles. “So I think she needs to do some self-reflection, but like I said, none of us are perfect. We all have our red flags. … I think she’ll find the right guy — someday — maybe.”

“I never called it a grenade. I said I was fascinated by her looks, but all the boys were,” he said, claiming his co-stars were also disappointed by the looks of their female partners.

Giles, meanwhile, has lost 75 pounds since being in the arch Love is blind came to an end.
“A lot (about) feeling better about myself and a little bit about revenge,” she said of her trim figure during exclusive interview with Us Weekly in October. “I think when you watch the show, I was already on my way. I have always struggled with my weight, my whole life. Whether I was thin or heavier, I just had problems. i like to eat I like to overeat. I don’t like to exercise. During COVID, I gained a lot of weight, as many people do. I just felt sorry for myself and basically never did anything about it.”
At his heaviest, Giles said he weighed 220 pounds. Subsequently, she tried to start running and watch what she ate.
“I got down to 175 before the show. And I also had liposuction, maybe a year (or) a year and a half before the show, on my lower abdomen, back and neck, thinking, ‘These are things I don’t like, let’s change them,'” she said. us. “And after the show I was like, ‘Okay, I love myself, but I think I can be fitter and healthier. I can be better and feel better.”
She started eating cleaner and realized she turned to food when she felt anxious. “I eat to cope,” she explained. “After the show, I realized a lot of things. I took anxiety medication which I think really helped. I don’t have that much anxiety so I don’t binge eat.
Giles said she briefly tried a generic version of Ozempic in the spring, but “couldn’t do it. It made me sick and made me want to throw up.”
