Joe Biden has finally fulfilled one of his most important 2020 campaign promises: he has united the country.
Everyone – Republicans, Democrats, mayors, governors, average Joes – everyone is furious that the Biden White House keeps us guessing about the many drones swarming over New Jersey, New York and several other states.
It’s the perfect coda to the Biden presidency: a White House that is dishonest and fearful And clumsy.
White House spokesman John Kirby has gleefully parroted the nonsense about people who are obviously confusing highly sophisticated surveillance machines with “manned aircraft” and “inaccurate observations.” “We have not, and neither have state and local law enforcement authorities, been able to confirm the reported visual sightings,” Kirby said in a recent briefing.

That’s total bunk. Local law enforcement in New Jersey and New York have detailed eyewitness accounts, accompanied by revealing videos of the unknown crafts. They are real and not normal.
When Fox News host Martha McCallum later pressed the question, Kirby reiterated that the government simply doesn’t know what these objects are. Sorry, that’s not believable.
Also not credible is the head of homeland security, Alejandro Mayorkas, who told Wolf Blitzer on CNN on Friday evening: “We know of no threat. We believe there are cases of mistaken identity where ‘drones’ are actually small aircraft – that people are misidentifying them. ”

Mayorkas has assured the public “we are aware of no threat or nefarious activity”; he should have added ‘yet’. Instead, he returned to the old Biden playbook blaming Congresssaying, “We have also asked (Congress) to give greater authority to state and local officials under our control….”
Weeks, months have passed since the drones were first spotted. The Wall Street Journal reported on sightings in October. If our government truly still has no idea of the source or nature of these massive drones, it is an inexcusable intelligence failure.
And not credible. As an incredulous MacCallum told John Kirby, we spend more than $800 billion on defense. There is no way that our vast military is unable to figure out what these drones are up to and where they are coming from. If they really don’t have answers, we’re in big trouble, and those failed Department of Defense audits raise even more red flags.

It doesn’t help that the Biden administration has burned public trust. The White House lied about the open borderabout inflation, about the Chinese spy balloon and about Joe’s failing mental faculties. They lie, then blame Congress and pass the buck.
Kirby said: “While there is no known malicious activity taking place, the reported sightings do highlight a gap in authorities, and that is why we urge Congress to pass important legislation that will strengthen existing anti-drone law. authorities will expand and expand so that we are better prepared to identify and mitigate potential threats to airports or other critical infrastructure.”
This is ridiculous. President-elect Donald Trump posted on Truth Social: “Mysterious drone sightings across the country. Can this really be happening without the knowledge of our government. I don’t think so! Let the public know, and now. Otherwise shoot them!!!”

Does anyone think Trump would wait for congressional approval before shooting down one of these drones? Not likely. As for the potential damage a falling BMW-sized machine could cause, there’s bound to be a lake, a golf course, or some other vacant piece of land that’s immune to falling debris.
You wonder: what if North Korea launch a long-range missile at the US? Would the Biden White House educate the public by blaming Congress for not having the foresight to pass an anti-North Korean missile law? This buck passing is infuriating and insulting.
In the absence of information, rumors and speculation run wild. Over the weekend, people on There was speculation, fueled and then retracted by New Jersey Representative Jeff Van Drew, that the drones were based in Iran and launched from a “mother ship” off the coast.

New Jersey Republican Senator Jon Bramnick said an interviewer that the government “can’t tell us because they are so afraid of what the public will do when they hear what the drones are doing.”
Our enemies look with glee at this display of idiocy. If Iran, China or any other state actor is behind these raids, they now know how utterly incompetent this government is. Luckily, there are only 34 days left before Biden is gone.
