Liberal women are the least likely that they report that they are completely satisfied with their lives and have a much more chance of feeling lonely, according to a recently published poll.
The 2024 American Family Survey Discovered that 37% of conservative women and 28% of moderate women, between 18-40 years, reported that they were “completely satisfied” with their lives, but only 12% of liberal women in the same age group said the same.
Liberal Women were also almost three times more likely than conservative women to say that they experienced loneliness at least a few times a week.

Brad WilcoxA sociology professor at the University of Virginia and Fellow at the Institute for Family Studies, he said there are a number of reasons why conservative young women are more often happier than their liberal counterparts.
“In the study, we have seen that conservative women tend to embrace a sense of freedom of choice more often and feel that they are in no way the victims of larger structural realities or forces,” he said Fox News Digital.

According to the data, 40% of the liberal women reported being single, while 31% said they were married. For conservative women, 33% reported being single and 51% were married. The remaining women on both sides of the political aisle reported that they “in a dedicated relationship” or “living together” with a partner.

The American Family Survey is an annual, national study among 3,000 Americans. The 2024 survey was published at the beginning of February 2025 and was carried out 22-29 August 2024 by Yougov for Deseret News and the center for the study of elections and democracy at Brigham Young University.
