Lenny Hochstein proposes to Katarina Mazzepa for the second time: 'Second Chance'

The Real Housewives of Miamiis Lenny Hochstein and Catharina Mazepa are committed one more time!

“Sometimes life gives you a second chance and you realize what really matters,” Hochstein, 58, captioned a photo shared via Instagram Wednesday, December 11, when he drops to one knee.

“After everything we went through, I knew I would never let her go again. Here’s to a love worth fighting for, stronger than ever, and a future we’ll build together. ❤️💍,” he continued.

In the first photo shared with his followers, Hochstein can be seen getting down on one knee, proposing to Mazepa. In another photo taken moments later, the happy couple can be seen gazing into each other’s eyes.

“Love has a way of finding its way back to where it belongs. ❤️🏴‍☠️♾️,” Mazepa commented under Hochstein’s post.

Model Mazepa too shared video of the proposal via her own Instagram, captioning the video “♾️ stolen by @lennyhochstein.”

The couple’s engagement comes just three months after them broke off their first engagement in September.

“We recently ended our engagement,” Hochstein said Us Weekly in a statement at the time. “I decided to move on with my life.”

Hochstein said he wishes Mazepa “nothing but the best moving forward.”

“I have nothing but love and admiration for Katarina and her family,” he wrote in his statement. “I’m proud of her growth as a woman and will be forever grateful for the time we spent together.”

Days after their split, the couple issued a joint statement about clear up the speculation about the cause for their separation.

“Lenny and I want to issue a joint statement to provide more clarity and hopefully end any speculation once and for all regarding the recent baseless rumors,” the two said exclusively Us Weekly in a joint statement in September. “Although we mutually and amicably decided to end our relationship last month, we want to make it clear that this was not due to infidelity on either side.”

The statement concluded: “We both have nothing but gratitude and respect for each other in our hearts.”

Hochstein was previously married to RHOMis Lisa Hochstein42, with whom he shares two children, son Logan, 9, and daughter Elle Marie, 5. The couple finalized their divorce last month.

The exes were spotted having a heated argument over custody arrangements during Art Basel in Miami last week.
